Act 2

In this section of the play I think it had a lot of drama that took place, which made this section very interesting and made me wanted to keep on reading. But what I didn’t like was how Krogstad’s was blackmailing Nora for his own requirements to do better in life. After that happened she tried to influence Helmer into letting krodstads keep his job but in there final argument he said that he doesn’t want people at his job to know that they were friends back in the day because he is shady and did bad things. I mean I could agree that it’s not good to have someone that you use to know around that committed a crime, it makes you look bad. But in the end of the discussion he also said that if he listen to her it would make him look bad at work cause he let a women influence him. I don’t see why women can’t be in control just like men?
When she ran out of options she decides to ask Dr. Rank for money .And when he came he was depressed and talking about how he’s dieing and then she starts seducing him? When we were reading it I was also shocked by it! After he reveled that he loved her she changed her mind. It was that day that Krogstad showed up and had a letter and dropped it in the mailbox she is in trouble.Mrs.Linde tries to help and goes to talk to krogstrad. Its crazy how Mrs.Linde had some type of relationship with him. While she ties to make krogstad take the letter back Nora occupies helmer by dancing the tanella.”Trovald dear, criticize me, and show me where I'm wrong, the way you always do. When Mrs.Linde comes back she tells Nora that he wasn’t there and at that point she decides to commit suicide.” Thirty-one hours to live.”

Act 1 doll house

So far think the doll house is a good book. It’s an interesting book that keeps you guessing and questioning. But what I don’t understand is why she allows him to call her animal names because it’s not right. I mean does it make him feel superior just because he is a man.”What do they call little birds the birds who are all ways making money fly? “It’s the comment that he uses.
He doesn’t like when people borrowed money and debts. And him not knowing that his wife had done that and had forged a signature. And if he where to find out that she done all that, I think they will get in to a huge argument. “There is something ugly even, about a home that’s founded on borrowing and dept." And that show how much he hates it.

Henrik Ibsen was born in Skien, a tiny coastal town in the south of Norway. As a child Ibsen dreamed of becoming an artist. His mom, Marichen Cornelia Martine Altenburg, was an painter, and she loved the theatre. Ibsen's education was interrupted by poverty . He went to school for university candidates and often earned money from his journalistic writings.
In 1858 he married Suzannah Thoresen, the stepchild of the novelist Magdalene Thoresen. Their only child, Sigurd, was born next year.A Doll´s House” in 1879 was a social drama and toured Europe and America. In the play a woman did not obey her husband and walks out from her perfect marriage, her life in a "doll's house". Physicians used Nora, whose mood changes from happy to sad in short amount of time, as an example of "female hysteria".
